Fair Play Guidelines

All players will need to join a Zoom conference call with Video enabled before the start of each round. Sound should be turned off.

The final results will not be published until the results of scans of the games are known. For further details see the Fair Play Rules.

Zoom Invitation Links

Please note that all players will be sent a Zoom invitation for EACH round. If you haven't received a zoom link by 11:00am for the morning rounds and by 17:00 for the evening rounds, then please contact Kevin Staveley by phone only (07885 226743/01443 772750). Please do not use email or messaging, as these can easily be missed. Note, all Zoom sessions will be recorded.

Starting Zoom

It is important that you join the Zoom session no later than 30 minutes before round 1 and no later than 15 minutes for future rounds. This is so the controllers can address any connection queries and be allowed to perform random scan checks. Each player will be sent the Zoom link and instructions by email.
