All players must be Welsh qualified. Please select at least one of the following criteria that applies to you:

(a) Birth in Wales

(b) Child of a person who was born in Wales

(d) Residence in Wales for at least two years immediately prior to the event

(e) Ten years consecutive residence in Wales

(f) Competing in the equivalent Championship in at least one of the last three years
