Important: Players entering the FIDE Rated Open section must have a valid FIDE ID. If you don't have one, please contact David Norris at internationalratingofficer@welshchessunion.uk (include your date of birth). Players in the Under 11 section do not require a FIDE ID. Please make sure you hit the Submit button to complete your entry. You should receive a confirmation email. If not, please contact the tournament organiser.

Open to players under 18 as of 01/01/2026. Players must be registered with a national chess federation. If this is your first event, please tell us your nationality (e.g. WLS, ENG or other) in the Additional Comments box below.
Under 11 Section
Open to players under 11 as of 01/09/2025 (school year). WCU junior rapid rated — not FIDE rated. Ideal if this is your first event.
