Also, make sure you hit the Submit button to complete your entry. You should receive a confirmation email. If not, please contact the tournament organiser.

Welsh Senior Championships — Over 50s and Over 65s sections
Players must have reached the qualifying age at anytime during 2026.
Players entering the Over 65s section are also eligible for the Over 50s section but may enter only one.

*Juniors: aged under 18 on 1st January 2026. To qualify for the early entry deduction, entries must be received by 4th September 2026.

Welsh Qualification Criteria *

All participants in the Welsh Senior Championships must be Welsh qualified in at least one of the following ways:

Birth in Wales

Child of a person who was born in Wales

Spouse of a person who was born in Wales

Any previous winner of the Welsh Senior Championship

Ten years consecutive residence in Wales at any time prior to the Championship

Residence in Wales for at least two years immediately prior to the Championship

Competing in the 2023, 2024 or 2025 Senior Championship

You must select at least one Welsh qualification

Request ½ Point Bye

You may request one ½ point bye in any of the first 4 rounds only
