Therefore, the Welsh Correspondence Chess Federation (WCCF) would like to use this opportunity to engage with chess players in North Wales regarding over-the-board events to be held during the conference and information can be found here. Momentum is growing in Junior Chess and more adults are needed to help out. The charity “Chess in Schools and Communities” (CSC) are running a course to encourage people to get involved on either a paid or voluntary basis. Please note that due to the adverse weather conditions, the 2018 WCU AGM scheduled to take place on Sunday 4th March has now been cancelled.
