The current Publicity Director, Richard Stevenson, will be standing down from this role at the AGM of the WCU, to be held at Pencoed on 4 March. Would you consider standing for this position?
The Publicity Director is responsible for promoting Welsh chess across various platforms, including newspapers, magazines, TV, and newer forms of media, including the WCU web-site. One perk of this role is the receiving of free copies of CHESS magazine, in exchange for timely reporting of the Welsh Congress results to the Editor of this publication.
