The Open, Premier and Minor games are now available for download from the Games page. The FIDE Executive Board 2017 decisions can be viewed here. The 2017 Global Chess Festival took place in Budapest from 14th October. A report can be downloaded here. Kevin Staveley has recently noticed that the number of players playing in weekend congresses has fallen.
